  2. Veterinary and Grooming Equipment – $300,000:
    • Equipping the centers with cutting-edge veterinary tools and grooming equipment. This includes diagnostic equipment, pet monitoring systems, medical supplies, and premium grooming stations for both locations.
  3. Staffing and Training – $300,000:
    • Hiring highly qualified veterinarians, groomers, and daycare specialists to provide the best care for pets. This fund will also support ongoing professional development to maintain a high standard of care.
  4. Marketing, Branding, and Community Outreach – $50,000:
    • A strategic marketing plan will raise awareness and attract customers in both Bogotá and Miami. We’ll create a community-focused outreach program, connecting with pet owners through events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  5. Operating Reserves and Start-up Costs – $150,000:
    • These funds will cover initial operating costs for six months, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, staff salaries, utilities, and emergency funds for unforeseen costs.
