Our patreons and donors already know! Say Hi to our dear Libertad. Libertad (which means freedom in Spanish) was rescued by a couple of good friends who couldn’t turn their face to her pain. She was living on the farm of the mother of one of them, but it was not a “safe” place because the house was ready to be sold or rented. They have to travel (the situation here in Colombia is not easy and many people have to leave the country) and they were worried about how to keep Libertad safe, that is when we had an idea. They decided to rent the farm where Libertad was staying to us and we created a daycare for dogs to make the Sanctuary self-sustainable. Libertad is now safe under our care and she is so gentle and happy! We are happy to have her in our life.
