It appears that Natasha was struck by a human who then callously discarded her in the trash.

At that point, we held little hope for her survival, as her spine had been broken into two parts, leaving her separated and even causing a hernia. Thanks to a donor’s generous support, we could import a new spine for her from the United States. Although we knew she would never walk again, it was essential to end her suffering.

The surgery was a success, and her recovery was remarkable. Just a month later, she underwent her second surgery to address the hernia. Natasha has found protection in our sanctuary for several years, leading a happy, fulfilling life surrounded by care and compassion.
